A private members' bill (PMB) is a type of public bill that can be introduced by either members of the House of Commons or House of Lords who are not Ministers. But, they can and are used as a mechanism for highlighting matters which need to be raised and considered for the Parliamentary schedule.
Chris has presented 100 PMBs in the current session of Parliament.
