"Prompted by the application for planning permission by BCP Council to change the planning use of Queensmead, 1 Bronte Avenue from a 40 place residential care home into a ‘Sui Generis 20 bed temporary hostel, time limited for a period of up to 5 years’. The application is made by BCP Council Housing Department under Planning Application Number 8/23/0132/COU. The consultation on the application ends on 2nd April 2023.
Although I shall be making separate representations on behalf of my constituents in response to this application expressing my concern about its vagueness and inappropriateness, I strongly recommend that you make your own separate comments, as an individual, either by using the online Planning portal or by writing to the BCP Council Planning Services at Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 6EA.
