To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 23 February 2023 to Question 147058 on Coronavirus: Vaccination, whether a full response was made within 56 days of the date of the report; and if he will place a copy of the report and the response in the House of Commons Library.

The Department is finalising its response to the Regulation 28 report as a matter of urgency. It is within the Chief Coroner’s discretion to publish the report, together with the Department’s response.
