Brexit Day Celebration Dinner

Christchurch Conservatives are preparing a major celebration to mark Brexit on the 31st of January 2020.

They are holding a traditional dinner of British food to mark the occasion.

They will be joined by Chris Chope and his wife Christo. 


The pound and shares have surged after Boris and the Conservatives won a clear majority.

Sterling gained 2.1% to $1.34 - its highest level since May last year - on hopes that the big majority would remove uncertainty over Brexit.


Six out of ten voters in Christchurch and East Dorset supported LEAVE in the 2016 Referendum.  As a leading member of the Parliamentary Brexit Committee, I am confident that with a strong majority, the UK will leave the EU on 31 January 2020, to:
